November 10th the Sales teams from the United States and Canada gathered for a two-day meeting titled “The Road Ahead.” The purpose of the meeting was to share results, learn from one another, and establish a clear direction for 2026. Peter Brown, president of the auto glass company Tiny & Sons, joined the teams to represent the voice of the customer, emphasizing why he chooses to support PGW.

Approximately 50 team members were divided into departmental groups to discuss innovative ideas for shaping our future. This collaboration fostered a deeper understanding of each other's roles and strengthened unity within PGW culture. We eagerly anticipate the road ahead in 2026 and look forward to continuing to build together as a PGW family!
