PGW Auto Glass, LLC (“PGW”) is committed to creating opportunities for PGW employees to connect, share information and build knowledge. Accordingly, PGW is hosting an event (the “Event ”) to encourage the open exchange of ideas and to support professional development and personal growth. PGW expects all employees attending the Event to behave appropriately and act in a considerate, respectful, and collaborative manner.
In order to attend the Event , all PGW employees must agree to abide by this code of conduct (“Code of Conduct”).
In order to support an environment that builds positive connections, the following behaviors are expected of all PGW employees attending the Event:
Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants;
Act with respect towards everyone you encounter;
Exercise caution in your speech and actions;
Behave in accordance with professional standards (such as this Code of Conduct, PGW’s Harassment, Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies, and applicable law).
Everyone who attends the Event deserves respectful treatment, regardless of the capacity in which they are attending or participating. Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following:
Disruptive or disrespectful conduct during any interactions including presentations and discussions;
Physical or verbal abuse toward any participant, venue staff or vendor;
Discrimination, verbal or nonverbal harassment or hostility against any participant, venue staff or vendor;
Sexual harassment of any kind including unwelcome advances including verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature against any participant, venue staff or vendor.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages to the point of inebriation;
Sustained disruption, including during talks and presentations;
Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed against any participant, venue staff or vendor;
Possession of dangerous or unauthorized materials such as explosives, firearms, weapons or similar items;
Theft or inappropriate removal or possession of property;
Use, distribution, sale, or transfer of illegal drugs.
If you are subjected to or witnessed unlawful sexual harassment or discrimination directed toward another participant, venue staff or vendor, please report the incident to Human Resources or contact the Speak-Up hotline by dialing 856-427-3408.
Unacceptable conduct will not be tolerated at the Event by any PGW employee, venue staff or vendor. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. PGW may remove and bar any PGW employee or vendor who violates this Code of Conduct from continued attendance or participation in some or all of the Event activities in its sole and absolute discretion and may bar violators of this Code of Conduct from attendance or participation of any future events in its sole and absolute discretion.
This Code of Conduct provides general guidelines and cannot cover every possible type of unacceptable behavior. Accordingly, PGW reserves the right to apply corrective action to instances other than the specific examples noted.
This Code of Conduct may be modified at any time and for any reason.
